Job and Responsibilities Description

  • Participate in the internal audits as required by the international standards like ISO 20000, ISO 27001.
  • Participate in developing internal standards, processes, work instructions and checklists
  • Work as a team member for implementing and maintaining the Management Systems like ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and CMMi and meet the requirements of these standards
  • Exposure to CMM / CMMI / ISO Quality frameworks
  • Experienced with project management, process implementation / improvement, technical training and related practices
  • Education / Related Work Experience & Required Certifications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with 5-6 years work experience
  • Understanding of Quality models CMMI, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, with solid exposure to Quality Assurance/Quality processes, practices, metrics & Measurements.
  • Must have strong communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
  • Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, personal integrity, problem solving ability
  • Should be aware of industry best quality models, standards, procedures, processes and practices.




 

 


HR Consultant

Job and Responsibilities Description

  • Assisting clients with strategically integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations;
  • Need assessments or audits and make recommendations or proposals, coordinate the creation and implementation of an action or corrective plan;
  • Participate in and organize and coordinate Human Resource teams to assist the client with developing and implementing performance improvement corrective plans, programs or processes;
  • Provide marketing and sales support;
  • Contribute to project profitability;
  • Responsible for own work planning, problem structuring, idea generation;
  • Establish, manage and maintain long-term PIA customer relationships;
  • Develop own and other PIA employees’ abilities to provide excellent services.


Requirements:

  • BA degree in Human Resources or related studies;
  • Familiar with modern HR management concept;
  • Familiar with HR regulations and government employment labor laws and regulations;
  • Above 5 years experience of Human Resource functions in recruiting, training, C&B or help organization to build the workforce capability;
  • Above 2 years experience in managing Human Resource functions;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management, problem solving and communication skills.

Process Improvement Consultant

Job and Responsibilities Description

  • Contribute to development of PIA training and consulting material assets; improve PIA’s process assets
  • Participate in and manage improvement consulting projects, including, selling, planning, performing all aspects (training, assessing, action planning, accounting)
  • Good planning and senior management support
  • Plan marketing strategies and tactics
  • Provide marketing and sales support
  • Contribute to project profitability
  • Establish, manage and maintain long-term PIA customer relationships
  • Develop own and other PIA employees’ abilities to provide excellent services


Requirements:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in an appropriate technical area
  • A minimum 5 years of software engineering experience in software development or maintenance in an appropriate technical area e.g., software design, software quality assurance, requirements analysis, configuration management and testing
  • A minimum 2 years of experience managing software development personnel
  • A minimum 2 years of experience managing hardware development
  • Involved in Quality, Automotive, IT service Management, Telecommunication etc industries background over 5 years experiences.
  • Prefer ISO 20000 or 27001 internal Auditor certificate, or attend ISO 20000 or 27001 training course and very familiar with the use of the management system
  • Prefer working experience in quality management system area over 5 years
  • Ability to speak, read and translate technical software engineering articles and presentation materials from and to Chinese and English
  • Good presentation skill, Ability to speak to small and large groups of people about technical matters

Senior Process Improvement Consultant

Job Description: Additional Responsibilities of Senior Process Improvement Consultant:

  • Initiate, lead, and participate in company related projects; manage company activities or functions as assigned by management
  • Continuously self-develop skills and knowledge related to the company's lines of business
  • Participate in public forums representing the company (e.g., conferences, professional societies, publications, etc.) as approved and/or required by the company
  • Promote company business by recruiting new customers, retaining existing customers, proposing and introducing new services, and supporting other employees’ performance on projects
Requirements:
  • A degree and experience in an appropriate technical area
  • A minimum eight (8) years of software engineering experience in software development or maintenance in an appropriate technical area, e.g., software design, software quality assurance, requirements analysis, configuration management, and testing
  • A minimum three years of experience managing software development personnel
  • A minimum of two years of experience in process analysis, improvement, and management
  • Ability to speak, read, and translate technical software engineering articles and presentation materials from and to Chinese and English
  • Ability to speak, read, and translate technical software engineering articles and presentation materials from and to Chinese and English
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools to develop presentations, reports, databases, etc.
  • Good presentation skills, with the ability to speak to small and large groups of people about technical matters
  • Experience in training groups of people in technical topics

  • Desire to learn and grow
